I’m reposting something I posted like 4 years ago… I have a feeling I’m not going to get much support on this issue, but I’d really like an option to slow down my character’s run speed. He just zooms past the beautifully crafted world without stopping to smell the roses. I know many, many, many gamers want to farm, farm, farm, and ‘running’ helps them accomplish this faster and therefor more efficiently, but some of us like to take in the game’s atmosphere and ambiance to get a better immersive feel overall. But that’s hard to do when you’e practically flying by. Plus in some of the areas where it’s pretty cramped I think ‘walking’ rather than ‘running’ makes things a little more manageable (and enjoyable).
Just an option to toggle run/walk would suffice.
Anyways, just a thought.
