[b]An option to display health and damage values as a percent would be a great feature. Displaying these values as percents would serve only as alternative to the default, being purely cosmetic. People who enjoy old-school style RPG numbers will love something like this for Grim Dawn. I have taken the time to give simple visual examples.
This first picture shows our current view of health and energy. Notice the HUD below the player; you’ve seen this in-game --the first number is seperated by a slash following another set of numbers to indicate current and total.
This second picture shows the value of the health and energy below the player being changed into a percent value of 100. Notice the health and energy in the stats window is untouched to allow the player to view the whole numbers.
This third picture shows the health bar below the player at 40%. The current health was divided by the total health before being rounded. Notice the health in the stats window still showing the whole value.
Here are two pictures showing the changes in-game. This first picture shows the current health and energy, and 181 damage being done to the enemy.
This next picture shows the health, energy, and damage as percent values. Notice the Groble took 78 damage; this leaving it with 22% of health remaining. While little monsters like Grobles may take 78 damage, bosses will show much lower values accordingly.
In closing, is anyone else interested in such an addition to the game?
