Over capping / Loading skills

So this build I am working on - suggests that a couple of the skills are over capped by 10 …22/12. How exactly Am I suppose to do that? I see that some of the items can have +1 or +2 to certain skills, but 10?

Belt, Head, Relic, Amu usually all give +1.

Then weapon slots should give +1 or 2 and sometimes a set bonus.

After that you still have the + one skill items like rings, sometimes medal. Hands or MI shoulders can also give + to certain skills.

Maybe even use badge of mastery with +5 to a skill.

Items can have up to +3 bonus to particular skills on them and there are some that give bonuses to all skills in a mastery (or even to all skills overall).

You can equip multiple items (in different slots) that give bonuses to the same skill and this way you can reach +10 (or even more but max level +10 is the hard cap).
