Pet builds ADCTH

Does pet damage trigger ADCTH? If so does it benefit the pet or summoner? If devotion ADCTH doesn’t benefit the summoner is health regeneration the way to go?

For player-scaled pets like Wind Devils or Storm Totems, if their attacks directly have life steal (e.g. Living Shadows) then any heals go straight to your character. If they’re from a skill that is bound to a devotion proc with life steal then it will also go to your player character but only if there is also a portion of % weapon damage on the proc. E.g. binding Guardians of Empyrion to Twin Fangs means they will occasionally heal your player but not if they are bound to Wendigo’s Mark.

For pet-scaled pets like the Briarthorn or Hellhound, these have their own life steal stat specific to them. It will heal them, not your player character. Summoner’s will want to look for other ways of keping themselves alive like chunk heals (Blood of Dreeg, Giant’s Blood, Dryad etc.) or passive health regen sources (Giant’s Blood again, Tree of Life). Wendigo Totem can also a great source for Shamans but requires you to stay close to your pets and enemies which can be dangerous in some situaitons.
