yup, i get that, and i too was a little surprised too,
somehow i had actually gotten it into my head that stuff like +1 summon would either be removed from the sets, or “duplicated” on to identical slot items (ex +1 briar limit on MI Medal), so to not “double dip” while spreading build options out
and i totally get the desire for more pet diversion too

but again, isn’t it kinda “undisputed” that pets have been pretty godtier for a while, not just in terms of “clear all” power, but also “ease” of make do, as in a pet build doesn’t fall completely apart if it doesn’t have all specific 13 items, where as others a single item is basically the difference between dead or alive. Likewise Pets are apart from Shammy and Soldier one of the easiest starter character recommendation because of that power and ease of assembly?

so when god tier builds, get “nerfed” to regular OPness, isn’t it then “fair” balancing, specially if, and when it mainly only affects that 1%, (and when the 99% seemingly even benefits from it) - couldn’t it be taken as sorta “encouragement” to push the envelope even further, “how do i bring Godtier back” - since it’s arguably definitely not nerfed to death

It was never any more “Godtier” than any other build.

My pet build kills Cally in 10mins? there are those who can facetank it and do it under 1.

My pet does SR 120? Yes, if you consider spending half a day for it even to get a favourable state to attempt it to be an achievement.

Crucible? The same build does 12min clear…
