Pet OA - where do I get some?

Running a Pyromancer at 43 and Hellhound is starting to fumble more than I like (as in, it happens).

I tried a forum search but all I got was this:

Easiest way for your level is devotions ( panther etc).

flame touched and blood of dreeg are both group buffs and they both give OA (and flat damage)
