At last,found that pet pierce resistance had only 12% with buff,perhaps not enough when fight the Gonzar or Iron Maiden.Second,with the lower bleeding and posion resistance,I think pet could die real fast,is that really a problem?
If you have 3 spare devotion points you can use them for the Wolverine. This adds 10% Pierce and 25% Bleeding resistance to your pets. It might also be worth to use the Empty Throne devotion. For the Poison Resistance, I used a Wildpact Emerald.
This should increase the survivability of your pets. As an additional tip I recommend to move your pets away from Gonzar when he activates his Blade Barrier.

GEARS:first of all, Ring of Kelphat’Zoth x2 , Ultos Scepter ,Storm of Malmouth and Voidmancer 's Cord is absoutely can not replaceable,coz the lightning dmg conversion (as more as i need )and tons of dmg boost come from the Belt.choose the Wildpact Emerald should break that point
DEVOTION:Wolverine is a good soultion for the Pet Pierce and Bleeding resist gap.Perhaps i need more devotion point for the Empty Throne XD,as my pet
doing Lightning dmg mostly,i need Resist Reduce as much as i can,so i choose the Rhowari Crown and Manticore for Lighting RR
SKILL:The most annoy things is Ritualist lack of some kind of skill like Dreege Blood for Health Regenaration,beside,Physical Resistance is the other weekness when tanking some tough melee Boss.
