Can we have stamina be added as a mechanic to pets as well? And have it be recharged whenever you pick up a stamina recharging item?
Getting into a fight and losing them only because they aren’t at full hp can be rather annoying, especially when you mass a lot of them. It can also be rather bothersome to summon them again after each and every fight.
instead of relying on unreliable health drops that probably only drops when you kill enemies, its much better to use mastery skills that heals allies around you… occultist, shaman, necromancer and inquisitor got them… there’s no reason to not pick those skills when you’re playing pet builds. there’s also items and devotions that heals allies. crate has already give players convenient means to heal pets (resummoning them also counts as healing them you know).
some pets are also designed to have low health, high offense, and low summon costs… like the necro’s skeletons. for those pets, you shouldn’t put all focus on their survivability… you should focus on their damage & offensive ability… look onto the pet builds in classes & builds section. other pet players will be happy to answer your question.
