Pets proc Chance on Hit items?

Hi,

I tried looking for this answer and I could not find it. I am a cabalist and I have a quick question:

Do pets trigger/proc “Chance on attack” items (not devotions)?
For example: “Ice Spike (10% chance on attack)”

No, those skills are character-bound, meaning only your character can proc them.
