There is a pierce suffix for off-hands (of spines) but no prefix for off-hands.
Glacial prefix for cold could get % pierce damage added to it. It would do no harm and would help pierce casters.
Also the node of Unknown Soldier with attack speed could receive casting speed as well. Azrakaa has both AS and CS…
