Playing in 1440p

Hi, anyone playing in 1440p with GTX 960? I am just wondering if this gpu would be sufficient for this resolution. Thx for reply.

It propably will be ok.
This game is mostly CPU limited on any standard gaming PC.

I am playing 1920x1200 on a GTX 970 with all the details set to max and the video card is virtually idling.

Yeah this game is really all about the cpu. You will be just fine, my r9 290 is a solid upgrade over a 960, but my gpu power is barely being scratched in 1440p

If you have fps issues let the overclocking commence :stuck_out_tongue: Turning shadows/lightning down are also a great way to gain fps if you have some lower dips

I play at 4K on a Titan X and the game comes to a crawl (15-20fps) during big battles on Ultimate. Game is CPU bound to the extreme I think, though you’d think my 3770k @ 4.5Ghz could handle anything this game throws at it.

Same developer as Titan Quest, same optimization problems. Was really hoping to see some improvements with 1.0 but the game is still badly optimized and runs almost entirely off 1 core of a CPU. Almost no difference from lowest to highest settings on high end computers because of it.
