Ive just spent 88k to buy a writ of devil’s crossing because there was no info if ive already apllied it to my character. After i bought it theres an info “This Faction has already had a Faction Mandate applied.”. Too bad i can sell it back for 2k now so im down 86k. Please add “This Faction has already had a Faction Mandate applied.” info to the shop aswell.
You can check it in your factions tab before you buy the writ. There will be a + beside the faction name if you have mandate/writ applied.
Put it in your shared stash and use it on another character. It’s never wasted. I have like 5 mandates of almost every faction in my shared stash.
Except you can’t, writs are soulbound while mandates are not. I’d like to know the reasoning behind this, I also wasted 86k iron on a writ from Devils Crossing I purchased for another character.
Why can you even buy more than one per character if they don’t stack and can’t be traded??
