its really annoying. this lets raiders completely bypass your raised defenses by simply walking up the exterior of your entry ramp and following your walls to a weak point.
that only happens if there is something for them to stand on. 1/3 tile or more give or take.
In real life they do the same thing if there is something to stand on. It is not a bug it means you haven’t constructed the area well. You need to use the terrain tool to fix that.
