Poison Vitality Build

Hello,

I am seeing a lack of Poison Vitality mix when it comes to items especially relics. I see a lot of Chaos Vitality. Anyone care to help out and share some advices?

There’s a relic with poison vitality damage, and it is Dreeg’s Affliction (http://www.grimtools.com/db/items/1511)

This is the only good build idea for using both imo. I use vitality in a minor way on my DEE witch hunter as well, but it is really just there for healing and a super minor damage increase
