For flat RR only the highest value one on the target will apply to damage calculations. Doesn’t matter if it is you or your pets that apply it.

So, Elemental Storm takes priority because it is 32 vs 25 of the Eldritch Hound? But my build is part elemental damage and part bleeding damage. Does the Flat RR from the hound apply to it?
