Hi there. I believe I have found all of the Port Valbury lore notes, but one: the Mayor Journal part 1.
I’ve spent over an hour, until I lost all patience, but couldn’t find it. Can anyone give me a hint?

Also, maybe I’m missing more, but that one bugs me, because I’ve found part 2 quite easily.

Have you broken everything that exists…as quite a few bits of Lore are in breakables ?

Like I’ve said, I spent over an hour back and forth, broke all the shit I’ve come across, also clicked on all corpses. But I might have missed it, because the place is quite packed visually, especially inside buildings. At one point I thought it doesn’t exist.

It’s in the first port building, the brick one without the roof, in a chest near the exit closer to the water.
