That’s the point of this thread. The conclusion is that there isn’t one, despite some people claiming there is.

There is actually one, but there’s a bug that prevents it from spawning for some characters that’s due to them already having looted other one shot chests: http://grimdawn.com/forums/showpost.php?p=470745&postcount=2

There definitely is one, I just found it.

Sounds like above poster is correct and it’s just bugged.
