Don’t know if this qualifies as a bug but have completed the Ghoul formation and can access Ghoulish Hunger but do not get the 3 chaos badges as a completion bonus.

You can get the Celestial Power “Ghoulish Hunger” before completing the full 5 point Ghoul constellation. Just checking, do you have all 5 points in Ghoul?
