All new supporters who backed the Kickstarter project should now have received their pre-order keys. As always, they can be retrieved at any time in the future using the lost key page. If you didn’t receive your keys, please check your spam folder. If they aren’t there, email us at [email protected] with your Kickstarter email address and Amazon payments receipt.
Upgrades for existing key holders
First, please note, upgrade keys have not yet been sent. We first want to confirm that all your upgrade order details are correct before processing them. You should now have received an email to confirm the information we have in our system about your upgrade. If it does not look correct, please let us know via the support email. We’ll probably wait a week or so from today (6/10 or thereabouts) until we do the final processing to give everyone a chance to make sure their info is correct. If you haven’t received an email notification about your upgrade, first check your spam folder, and if it isn’t there, email us at [email protected] with your current game key and Kickstarter email address.
If the information you received is correct, you don’t need to do anything at all.
I got my second Key, though, for a minute there when I first looked at it, I thought it was just a reprint of my first one but its not they just start the same. lol
I learned too late about this game and didn’t get to help you guys out with your Kickstarter but I pre-ordered via your website and received my key and added my name to the credits list.
As I mentioned in the OP, the actual upgrading part of the process hasn’t happened yet as we want to give everyone a chance to look at what we think they should be getting first. Second keys and such have not yet been assigned to upgrades.
The only people who have multiple key editions at this point are the new people who weren’t upgrading.
Just to confirm too, I received the info about the upgrade from 2x Legendary to the Boxed Deluxe Edition.
Just “one” question though, regarding the name in Credits. Will this edition (or any 2-keys edition for that matter) have a chance to register two names in Credits? If so, how? Will I use the Legendary keys or should I wait for something else to come with BDE? I am a bit lost in all this, haha, but I would love to see my wife’s name in Credits, as she is supportive like no other. =)
Ah, and one more, I had a problem with this before, so…in case you confirm the above, will I be able to register two different keys with one email address? If not, is there a chance to change one of the email to make this happen?

Any edition above $50 has an in-game credit for all the keys it comes with. The email address you used to make the purchase is the one you enter on the set credit page, for all keys.
Anyone who upgraded should not have received any new keys at this time. If you did, something is screwed up, please contact me at [email protected] (or pm me) with your info so we can get it figured out. If you are upgrading a key to a level with multiple keys, your existing key counts for one, and will not change. It will simply be changed in our system to belong to the higher level. You’ll be issued the extra keys when we complete the upgrade process after everyone has had time to ensure they are getting what they expect.
The set credit page has nothing at all to do with “registering” keys. The keys are already in the system and already associated with whatever email address made the purchase. It’s simply attaching a name to a key.
i.n.s.a.n.e, you are the only person who redeemed two keys towards a higher tier, and since that tier has two keys, you won’t receive any extra, they will remain the same. If your in-game credits are set for both keys already, you don’t need to do anything.
In the mail I got, it only was my original legendary key, saying that it was upgraded and what tier it was upgraded to, not a second or new key (yes, I did upgrade to a coop tier )

Happy to have gotten my keys and name added to credits, wish I had found this game before kickstarter but glad that you put it up there. Allows me to throw money at what I hope to be a great game and I’m looking forward to the next year.
