Hello,

I can not find the western circle for the quest: “power circles”, in Ugdenbog ? Is it bugged ?

Not in Ugdenbog: it’s directly next to the Rift to the Coven, can’t miss it.

I found western and northern but not eastern.

Is eastern in Ugdenbog?

Yep, just walk outside the east Coven exit and keep going east till you see the star.
