I pre ordered the Loyalist edition back in October, but I have yet to receive my key. Iāve checked spam folders and everything, nothing. I emailed support a couple of months later, but no answer. I guess everyone is too busy making a kick ass game.
Hmm the devs are usually good at answering mails. I canāt really help you but perhaps the devs or mods can see this and help you

Thank you eisprinzessin, with your help, I was able to retrieve my key. Whatās funny, is that I tried that same key retriever thing several weeks back, and I got nothing. But, it worked this time, and thatās all that matters! Thanks again.

I ordered and paid for the Patron edition and was mailed a gamekey for when the official release is.
I was however not given any key for alpha or any information about it at all, is this as it should be?
Yes. We are awaiting alpha release. It should be soon ā¢, so just be patient and keep hold of your key.

I fill in my email, and i fill in the key and press enter, the fields are cleared but nothing happends.
Is that as it should be?
This happens, if you enter a wrong, especially [post=84736]a too short key[/post]. Make sure to enter all 8 blocks, each of 4 characters.
My bad, always using a separate email when i pay for things and didnāt realise i had to use that email when filling in the information too, so tried using another mail. Thanks for help though! Worked fine when i changed the mail.

It says that amount is not validā¦i calculated amount of money exchange and it should work. Im form Europe exactly form Poland. My question is: Is there someone on this forum from europe alsoā¦ and did you buy thru www shop? is it the bank and card problem or something else ? share some info if you can answer.

I am from Europe too, Sweden to be more precise and it worked just fine for me actually. I didnāt need to calculate anything, just filled in my visa card information and it said 50$ will be charged and it was.
I did not order through authorize.net, but once you are on the Payment Form (https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll - make sure this is a verified page in your browser), you cannot enter the wrong amount.
I can only assume you paid with a credit card, which has a limit, that is too low. Is this the case? How did you calculate the amount of money, which can be charged from your card?
Or just try to place the order again - maybe there was a temporary issue.
