I summoned Primal Spirit 4 times. During the 2nd and 4th tests, Primal Spirit never used its tail attack, which had a special animation and could be easily recognised. In the 1st and 3rd tests, it preformed normally.

Poison damage was another tool to show whether Primal Spirit used the tail attack. 8s Poison should cover the whole process. But there is no Poison icon.

The same problem with Sundered Wraith
Hmm, on odd bug. I confirmed the ghost behavior. Then I tried it with hellhound and found that, like the ghosts in the above video, it seems random if the bug is triggered on ordering it to attack a dummy. But a second pet attack order seems to fix things.
Something is going wrong, some of the time. Can’t really be more specific than that.
