So the new item Stormrend is a legendary one handed axe that modifies Primal Strike. The thing is Primal strike requires a two-handed melee or a two-handed range weapon. So using stormrend (1h axe) for the primal strike modifier (2h weapon) should not even work?
Stormrend is enabled to work with Primal Strike. And it works with the transmuter and it hits with both hands if you dual wield two Stormrends.
