I started a new char and atm i am using Korvan Storm Halberd with the Thunderous strike modiffier. I am seeing some strange misses when using Primal strike.The initial hit with the lightnings and all doesnt appear sometimes and i see only the chain lightning from Torrent.Basically its like i am using normal attack with Torrent. This happens like 15-20% of the hits.On chance to hit it says 99 or 100% chance to hit.
