Primal strike still good ?

Hi all ,

Made a primal strike build , but i was wondering if this would be viable for endgame

or is it better to go shaman/soldier

For Ultos set it’s better to go Savagery. PS not working with WPS is a real deal breaker for melee.

Iam playing a ranged ps shaman/Inquisitor combo.
Elite is pretty easy i will See how it works in ultimate.
I use ps with elemental storm, wind devil with arcane bomb and storm totem with hand of ultos. This gives me more than 100% resist reduction

With FH/Upheaval change and Inquisitor around it becomes a deal breaker for ranged as well.
