When i kill Okaloth’s Unchained they dont add to my quest and i cant complete the quest. Any ideas why they are not adding to my quest i have killed all 15

Yes they do have gold stars. I will verify game files now.

You are almost certainly in the wrong spot.
All 3 targets remain starred until the task is complete.
It shows in the quest log how many stars you have killed 1 to 15. However the quest log isn’t counting the kills in the quest log.
