Production limits are settable for logs & stone, but not respected - 0.8.3b

I noticed in the resources window I can click on items and set production limits. I set limits for a bunch of things, including logs and stone. When my inventory hits the set cap, I see a pause icon on the items in the resources window. However, if I have any trees or rocks selected for harvest, laborers continue to harvest and store these items. I have to deselect the trees and rocks via the harvest function to get them to stop. Production limits appear to work for other items that actually require assigned workers to produce.

This is by design. If you mark resource for harvest, the game assumes you want to get those collected.

Those settings will halt production at work camp however.
