There is a door on the Black Sepulchre SR map that appears open, but is not passable by the player or enemies.
This is matched by the door not appearing as a passage on the map.
However, projectiles can be fired through the door as if it was open.

I fall for this one every time, already not my favorite map as nemesis spawns are infrequent, and then I get blocked by invisible door!
