I just found a Putrid Necklace that has the item skill modifier: “45% Elemental Damage converted to Acid Damage to Blood of Dreeg.” However, unless I’m missing something, there is no elemental damage anywhere on Blood of Dreeg or its modifier.
I was going to report this as a bug, but I could just be missing something obvious.
Was this intended to be the other way around (acid to elemental)? Or does the current modifier actually do something that I just don’t understand?
Unlessw you are a witch hunter and you use lethal assault:p
But the item skill modifier seems like it would only convert damage done by the skill itself, so even as a witch hunter it wouldn’t do anything since BoD doesn’t actually have any elemental damage.
Now I’m wondering if it adds an active buff that converts 45% of all elemental damage to acid damage as long as Blood of Dreeg is active. That seems more likely, now that I think about it. If that’s the case, then dayum!
It adds that to the skill. Blood of Dreeg will now convert any source of flat elemental damage to acid by 45%.
iIt’s elemental to acid. So ~40% of Lethal assault cold will be turn to acid as long as BoD is active. Same for other flat damage sources or spells
