I’d run LAN multiplayer and noticed, that PvP damage multiplier doesn’t applied and players deal full damage to each other.
By default multiplier is 0.2: players deal 20% of damage. This value set at gameengine.dbr PvP/pvpDamageMultiplier parameter.
