Hello everyone. I am new to Grim Dawn and I am liking the game so far. I would like to inquire if there is a way to find out where you can go when you take on a quest? I mean if you check the map, at least there should be a mark on where to go and when you finally have completed the quest, another mark where to submit your accomplishment as it can be confusing as to where you got the quest from when you have accumulated a number of them. I need to use Google on where this person is after I completed a quest. Or is there a mod for this?
game is designed around the bit more old-school approach so deliberately doesn’t have the modern day ubi/bethesda gps markers
Markers will appear when you are somewhat close to your target, that’s it, intention being to pay attention to quest log or npc instruction as i’ve understood
i don’t know if this still works/is compatible with the later GD updates, but you can try and see if this resolves your needs [MOD] Bigger Waypoints + Clean FOW Map

Thanks. I figured that this was intentional or just stuck to being kind of old school.
I hope the devs get with the times.
As for that old mod, I’d probably stay clear of year old mods. I hope it gets updated someday though. Thank you again.
The times being: skipping dialogue, doing only what game explicitly tells the player to, staring blankly at a map marker, not paying attention to anything that’s not inside a red circle, all while watching a YT video on 2nd monitor.
