The wiki is great really it is. It tells me exactly where to go. But I have searched every inch of Twin Falls, Arkovian Foothills and Staunton Mines. I have spent over 5 hours searching and there is simply no path to the Broken Hills.
Is there a way to get thru?
Next to Twin Falls rift are ruins of Old Arkovia. In these ruins you’ll find entrance to underground Arkovian Undercity and from there you can exit to Broken Hills.
You enter upper right and the exit to Broken Hills is in the lower left of the screenshot. There’s a riftgate just outside which you can activate when doing this quest, then just go back inside and finish off the rest of the dungeon. Then you can rift to Broken Hills and carry on from there.

This map is from 2016 and apparently has been changed since. Exit to Broken Hills is a little closer to the entrance.
In any case you should see a star on the mini-map when you get near to the staircase leading out.
