Could someone please explain to me how this skill modifier exactly works?
45% Elemental Damage converted to Acid Damage to Blood of Dreeg
Blood of Dreed doesn’t have any elemental damage as far as I know
It makes every 45% of elemental damage you have get converted to acid everytime blood of dreeg is active.

It’s global conversion. While Blood of Dreeg is active, Elemental damage from anywhere gets converted to Acid. Same goes for Burn/Frostburn/Electrocute and Poison.
