Question about + any skill on craft

Hi everyone !

I got a question about crafting, specially about chances of “+ 2/3 skill” on Badge of Mastery

For example, do I have more chances to get “+ 3 Phantasmal Blades” if I craft it with a character which got Nightblade mastery (Trickster, Spellbreaker etc.) ?

Or this is totally random and nothing can influence that ?

It’s totally random.

Also, according to this http://www.grimtools.com/db/items/794, it seems to only give bonuses to the skills that aren’t auras or modifiers.

Yeah, all of bonuses work only for activable skill.
