I’m a little bit unsure about the description of a set :
“You can fire your guns at the same time with trivial ease, and to lethal effect”
By reading the set bonus of the Barrelsmith Twins, it seems like it makes the second gun shoots all the time (usually each attack has 50% probability to trigger the second weapon).
Is it really the set bonus (each strike with both weapons) or is it just a flavor text of the other effect (the one that has 20% chance to be used) ?
(Sorry for my bad english, it’s not my native language.)
Neah, it just has a 20% chance to trigger a shot that uses the listed bonuses.
Also, it’s pointless to apologize for your English on forums. It goes without saying that most visitors are NOT native English speakers. As long as we understand each other, it’s all fine
50% chance to fire both pistols because that’s the base dual weild mechanic for guns
10% chance each from the barrelsmith guns themselves
20% chance from the set bonus.
So that set has a 90% chance to fire both pistols per shot.
That’s not how the force works
Ok I’m not sure about this anymore but last time I checked the advanced mechanics thread, the dual-wield proc can override the default dual-wield proc , meaning you have 1 - 0.7*0.5 = 65% chance to attack with both weapons (assuming the default rate is 50% as you said).
