So Fevered Rage applies a damage modifier and increases monster’s OA by 25%. At the same time, Wasting decreases monster’s OA by X. Which applies first?
As far as I understand the buff/debuff works on monster’s “base” OA, so the order doesn’t matter.
For example, an enemy has 1500 base OA, when Wasting and Fevered Rage both applied, it turns into: 1500 - 180 + 1500*25% = 1695
It matters because buff from Fevered Rage is additive and depending on what you do first, add 25% or take away X value from Wasting the final result will differ.
