If two items (let’s say, two exactly the same rings) have each 5% chance for 50% skill cooldown reduction, so if I’d wear two of them, do I get 10% chance on 50% reduction, 5% for 100% or 10% for 100%? Haven’t found any information about that in the forum.
I believe they roll independently of each other.
They roll completely independently of eachother. You have two chances of a 5% roll to get 50% CDR. What this will end up doing is you have a 9.75% chance to roll at least 50% CDR, and a .25% chance to roll both for 100% CDR, and a 90% chance of neither procing.
