Hi, i am currently playing a primal strike-warder. I have the devotion skill reckless tempest attached to my primal strike-attack. It is possible to attach a second devotion skill (i am considering Maul) to primal strike or do i have to attach it to another skill?

Short answer - No. You can attach only one devotion to certain skill, not several.
