New to the game. I have one character (sorcerer) on elite. Had a question on if certain legendaries drops in certain areas or all random? I am looking for a warpfire and would it drop randomly from anywhere? Thanks in advance

Except for a few select items, drops are completely random in GD.
There’s also the blacksmith at Tyrant’s Hold that can craft legendaries and you get to select the item type. But you probably don’t have the resources to gamble at this point.
Warpfire is random, there are very very few specific drop legendaries

Having expended some twelve hours worth questing in "the Hills’ to the north west (including boss fights, in caves) without seeing a loot drop of ANYTHING (but a health potion, and like that [not even a yellow sword!]), I’ve decided to quit the game, for the time being. No point in it, absent any reward.
