Hi! I noticed the loyalist upgrade was available on steam and had a question about it. I bought the Legendary/Patron key a long time ago which said that it included the contents of the loyalist upgrade (powdered wig etc.) and I was wondering if I still have to pay for it or not. I also noticed that patron isn’t an option anymore when buying the game from the website so does that mean that I qualify for the Loyalist extras or not?
If you did buy the Loyalist package, then you should get the game and the extras, wig, etc.
The keys were distributed via Humble Bundle. You would log into that site and look for your two keys. One me for the game, the other for the extras.
Edit: once you use the extras key, see Kory the Keeper outside of the prison to get your goodies.
How much was it? My steam has been down all day.
The upgrade regularly is $8.99, currently it is 15% off which brings it to $7.64
I am surprised Crucible is cheaper, but I guess this is more to a thanks to Crate if you like the game 
If you have the Loyalist edition, you do have everything in the upgrade already. For some reason Steam does not recognize that however, even if you registered the key with them.
I got the key for grim dawn over three years ago before I made my humble account and I also don’t remember making an account to redeem grim dawn so I can’t find the serial code. I’m also not sure if I redeemed both serial codes that you’re talking about. I know for a fact that I definitely bought the patron version though.
Then you’ll need to register with Humble using the email address you used to buy the Loyalist. If you don’t remember that, then I think you contact Crate at [email protected].
Edit: if you already have a Humble account, be sure to look under Keys tab. This assumes you registered using the same email account. Contacting Humble support is an option.
I made an account with the email (i think its the same email) that I used to redeem grim dawn initially but I found nothing in the purchase history. I guess I’ll be contacting Crate. Thanks though

Yeah I checked the keys tab as well. I checked it with three different emails that I used in the past but I had no luck. I did redeem it from humble though.
In that case, contact Humble first.
