Question about Mythical Crystallum weapon

Is the modifier to Savagery transferred to all the WPS, whether or not the WPS are designed to hit multiple targets? Because the weapon allows Savagery to hit multiple targets, so how would that behave with a WPS like Amarasta’s quick cut or Markovian’s advantage?

So I suppose there are some things that no one knows or has tried.

Mod for savagery is transferred to every attack, wps or not

If that is the case, it sounds like a glitch. The modifier to Savagery should be passed down only to itself and the WPS, from what I know. The only uncertainty is with the multiple strike feature, whether it applies to something like Amarasta’s quick cut. Because that would be very useful. How do you know that it gets passed to any WPS whatsoever, have you tried it?

Well, thats what i meant, multi target mod for savagery works for attacks WITH savagery and wps procced with it

Well, if you’re sure about it, that’s great news. Thanks a lot.

these things are incredibly easy to confirm ingame btw
Either you can make a custom game and mod a single target wps to 100%
or you can take a char with only single target wps, slap on crystallum, go to fort ikon, see it hit every/multiple dummies with your former ST wps

That’s actually a good suggestion, thanks. Although it will take some time until I decide to play this type of build, right now I have a dozen mouths to feed in the game, who jump all around me to pick them first.

play a char to 100, “finish” it, get ideas/ask new questions, then take new char to finish line first then
Might be easier, or atleast provide less char distractions :slightly_smiling_face:

Hmm, it could be, but I usually start to play a build and, whenever I take a break, I think about what other builds might be out there. I create two more build concepts. I like them more (or just as much) than the one I’m playing. I put the one I’m playing on standby and start the new one, because it intrigues me. And so on. I only raised 4 or 5 builds to level 100 so far and I think only 3 have finished the whole game. The rest of my builds have variable class levels, because I always put them on standby whenever the new one seems to have something I like a bit more. I have issues, I suppose.

And I was brainwashed a while back by always hearing the same Devil’s crossing ambient music, I could even hear it in my dreams, I think.

Haha, that’s also me!
Except the part of coming up with the builds. I have a google doc where I keep all interesting GT links I found here and there.

So I would be playing Summoners, drop the Phasebreaker - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database and think to myself “that looks interesting, I wonder if there are builds with those…” and voila, I’m not friends with summons anymore.

Then eventually I get enough of pew-pew and want to take things close and personal, so I open up my spreadsheet and pick some S&B.
Then I think that that’s cool and all, but would be much cooler with two sticks instead of one…

Then I read the entire “Cadence issue” thread and for fucks sake I don’t know why but that inspires me to play some Demo-based caster.

To my defense, most of those I do level to 100 and assemble to at least 11 / 14 (gear slots) before starting a new one.
But nevertheless.

Yes, it’s no loss to put the build on standby so you can pick it up later. Especially since I for one currently use around 10 builds to store my farmed gear. So, it’s an advantage having a lot of builds around for storage purposes. If your build reached at least the Conclave of the three area (which requires beating warden Krieg), you can convert iron bars into bits and expand your stash to the max.
