Inquisitor’s Ranged expertise allows you to dual wield pistols, but does its bonuses apply for one pistol or rifle too? Is it okay to take it even if not dual wielding?

Yes, both damage and attack speed is applied, even for 2H Rifle builds or gun&shield or off-hand.

But I heared that the Dual Blades Bonusses from nightblade mastery only apply if you actually dual wield.
Ranged Expertise isn’t locked to DW ranged like Dual Blades is with DW melee. One handed, DW, and 2H ranged all work with Ranged Expertise.
Correct. Per the wording:
Ranged Expertise:
This is a ranged weapon bonus. Also enables the ability to dual-wield ranged weapons.
Dual Blades:
This is a melee dual-wield bonus. Also enables the ability to dual-wield melee weapons.

What? Perhaps on XBox? Works fine for me.
Do you mean dual wield ranged weapons or dual wield melee? Because if the latter, it doesn’t. Only dual wield ranged. For dual wield melee you’d need Nightblade mastery or items that give that.
Hi, i was trying some 2 handed ranged weapon, but it seems like ranged expertise doesn’t increase the attack speed in the character sheet, but changing to 1 or 2 pieces of one handed range then it works.
I am not sure if this is a grimtool calculator bugs? or it has been changed to work on dual wield only?
