Question about Ravager quest.. (spoilers inside maybe)

So for what I understand, you get to spawn Ravager with the quest Cast Off the Flesh, which is given by Skorv.

Which means, if you decide to kill him and never get those quests… no Ravager?.

I find it odd since I was reading that deciding to kill Scorv or not didn’t affect much the game, so there must be another way of spawning him?.

You read wrong. Killing Scorv does affect the game. That said, if you are hostile to Barrowholm, you get to fight the Reaper of the Lost nemesis, so it’s not like you get nothing. You do not get to fight Ravager, though.
