Question about savagery charges

So, I get that savagery can be used as a buff of sorts to benefit from tenacity of the boar, the phys res from might of the boar, and the attack speed from stormtouched.

However, will the %lightning damage from stormtouched &/or the flat electrocute damage from it apply to other attacks?

E.g. Using primal strike while under savagery stacks.

Because % damage modifier on a skill only affects that skill directly.

I think the flat Electrocute from Storm Touched used to apply to your weapon damage (so other skills could amplify it) but this was changed a long time ago.

Nope only % dmg from main skill Savagery will affect PS and other lightning or bleed skills
