So if I equip two weapons, one of them with Seal of Blades and another one with Chillspikes, will Chillspikes benefit from adtch from Seal of Blades (cuz seal of blades is on another weapon)?
As long as Seal of blades in on main hand ang chillspikes on offhand, yes. Because chillspike takes main hand damage regardless of where you put it.
