Question about Skills granted Components

Hi all,

I have two Questions about Skills which are granted by Components (maybe also applies to Items which grant them if the same skills can be found on multiple items).

  1. If I Use this component multiple times, and there is %Chance that the skill procs. Does this %age stack ? e.g. I have two times some Skill which can proc for 15% each per attack. Will this proc for 30% now, or can It proc twice with one attack ? Or will it just proc if I would only use one component ?

  2. Again same scenario - Same skill used mutliple times. If the skills has a cooldown can I “use” this skill multiple times , before I have to wait for the first cooldown, or is the skill still only usable once before I have to wait for CD ?

Consider them two separate skills with individual chances to proc and cooldowns
