This devotion procs a debuff named Rumor which has no cd and lasts for 5 seconds to debuff their % resistances and do some damage over time. So my question is, is there any reason to proc it more than once every 5 seconds?
It is very similar to witchfire, you want the whole screen affected by that, ideally it’s 5 second but spamming it everywhere is good.
I am also using ravenous earth in my build. Seems like ravenous earth is a very strong tool to proc devotion abilities, should I invest it into murmur to “affect the whole screen” or instead use it on other devotions which stack with multiple procs such as the bat.
Murmur looks very Nightblade-friendly when I look at its nodes. Makes me think it would work really well bound to ABB.
I have it on abb on my infiltrator and yes, it suits fine with that skill.
I appreciate the ABB suggestion however in my build I only have 1 point in ABB and I am dw so I only use ABB once every 3.8 seconds to maintain the LA buff otherwise using it is a dps loss so I am not sure I would be able to keep up murmur with ABB every 3.8 seconds.
I have it bound to blade spirit on my infiltrator, works great.
I attached it to SS as ABB has twin fangs which gives me a 20% chance for 45% adcth every 1.5secs - better for survival imo.
