I’m wondering if it’s a unique drop from outcast’s nemesis. Has anyone seen it so far?

Yes, you can only get it from the Outcast on higher difficulties.

i farmed it, it’s nemesis-only and she has to be level 80 or higher

it’s a really brutal grind. took me 60 or 70 kills, another guy on the forum had to do about 250. another guy got it on his first kill though so your mileage may vary

Damn that’s a shame. I guess i will settle for Clairvoyant’s Hat then.

Does it have to be on ultimate? Or does ut only require nemesis and level 80+?
