Do the effects (granted skills) of the new rings stack?
Scenario one: Ring of Orissia and Ring of Basti. What happens if you use both? Will you have both procs active independently?
Scenario two: Using two Rings of Orissia. Only one proc? Or two?
What about the Prime Ring of Morgoneth? I assume it’s similar to any other legendary ring and if you use two of these there’s no stacking of the granted skill, correct?
Dont really understand your struggle. They are 2 different skills right? so what kind of “stack” with 2 DIFFERENT SKILLS? If they are different, then they can proc at the same time, like billions of skills in this game. As far as i know each ring support for different dam type, so the idea of using 2 different rings are not supposed to happen. And if you use 2 same rings and 2 identical proc skills, i think we already have dozens of builds hear before this patch. Even with some buff proc, they stack.
Usually RR procs or debuffs don’t stack from same source or items with same name. But attack of the procs should trigger separately and you can use two of the new rings with no worries. That’s my understanding.
afaik only RR and debuff with the same name dont stack. Buff still stack. For example a few lightning builds use 2 of this ring https://www.grimtools.com/db/items/9035. And they stacks. But all magi rings are just… normal skills. You can try to equip both and see for yourself, like those color balls can be proc at the same time or not
That’s what I thought, just wanted to confirm. So, with 2 Morgoneth rings, we won’t be getting 24% damage reduction, only 12%. But what about the manifestations? Do we have 3 or 6?
I don’t have 2 of these and am not using GDstash. So, I’m not sure if it’s worth farming the boss over and over for the second one.

I’m not sure that these rings proc do stack. I believe that the builds wear 2x because the base skills are great (2x conversion) and then the proc gets over-ridden when the second proc happens.

@gutten_morgen I should ask if you tested this and if you did, I guess then it must stack. But I’m surprised.
Yes. I have tested them seperately and together. Especially when your lightning build has skills with weapon dam, then those 2 rings can skyrocket your dam a lot when both proc. Even griminternal and grimtool count in their base data for those buff stack.
Pretty sure they do. Similar rings like Voidwhisper Band or Spiritbinder Glyph stack with their proc buffs, you get 2 seperate buff icons.
