The item has pierce>vitality for ranged expertice and elemental>vitality for spectral binding.
Does this convertion applies only to the skill or is a global convertion to all damage sources? (example, storm spread now does vitality damage from the pierce and lighting).
I want to make a dw apostate and this looks like the most important item so far.
the skill it grants conversion to is a global passive/buff, so the conversion becomes global, affecting anything relevant (as long as not prior converted)
